NEW! CLINICAL COORDINATOR - oversees and coordinates nursing care and personnel in our Assisted Living and Memory support areas of our community. Manages supervisors and Medication Aides, including scheduling and work assignments. Ensures regulatory compliance with the Department of Social Services. Facilitates transfers for residents to insure appropriate level of care and directs staff as they perform resident care, dispense medications and treatments, and documents care provided. Responsible for all HR related responsibilities, including staffing, employee relations, performance evaluations, training and disciplinary actions. Works with annual budget for department and monitors monthly expenses. Works under the direction of the Administrator of Enhanced and Resident Services. Qualified candidates must be LPN, RN desired, licensed in Va. Must have at least 5 years nursing experience, and at least 3 years supervisory exp. in an assisted living or nursing home community. Proficient in Microsoft applications, including using e-mail, and familiarity with excel spreadsheets. Familiarity with DSS regulations, preferred. Ability to complete the Uniform Assessment Instrument & Services plans in accordance with DSS regulations, preferred.

NEW! ENHANCED & RESIDENT SERVICES SECRETARY - Serves as Administrative Assistant to the Administrator of Enhanced and Resident Services and performs secretarial and administrative duties. Provides administrative support as assigned to the Enhanced Services, Resident Services, Home Care, Fitness and Programs Teams.  Greets and interacts with residents, family members, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Responds to internal/external telephone calls, including the attempting to resolve and taking and directing messages appropriately and in a timely manner. Must be proficient in Microsoft software applications and Manages the operation and maintenance of all office equipment and communication devices. Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate inventory of office supplies and materials. Assists with staffing when call outs occur, schedules transportation for residents, sets up charts for new residents as well as oversees the completion of admissions and discharge paperwork. Reports census in ES to appropriate persons.  Responsible for maintaining and processing payroll accounting for the departments. Requirements for consideration include; High school graduate with at least 5 years secretarial/administrative exp. excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Must be detailed oriented, with ability to multi-task and follow through on projects. Must be have the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, and  have a strong customer orientation to older adults.

PRN - HOUSEKEEPER - Day and Evening Shifts -  PRN Employees are employees who do not have a set schedule and will be called in to work  on an  “as needed” basis. 

CNA -12 Hour Shifts, Full-Time 7am - 7pm & 7pm -7am - The Hoy Healthcare Center  

MEDICATION AIDES - $1200.00 SIGN-ON BONUS    If offer accepted by September 17th

12 hour shifts, 7am - 7pm & 7pm -7am - Responsible for administering medications to Enhanced Services residents under the direction of a Licensed Nurse. Administer prescribed medications as scheduled.  Documents in resident's records indicating medications and/or treatments administered. 

MEDICATION AIDE - Part-Time, 7pm -12am - Enhanced Services

PRN -  MEDICATION AIDES, CLINICAL COORDINATORS, CNAS, LPNs, RNs -  PRN Employees are employees who do not have a set schedule and will be called in to work  on an  “as needed” basis.  ENHANCED SERVICES and The HOY Center  

DIETARY AIDES - Part-Time Positions - Food preparation experince is a plus, but will provide training. Customer service training is provided.

BARTENDER – PART-TIME POSITION  - Responsible for preparing  and serving alcoholic and non–alcoholic beverages. Provides Hot and Cold food service, completes transactions using POS practices.  Must be at least 21 years old, and have the ability to lift up to 25lbs.  Ability communicate effectively, use simple math concepts, and the good interpersonal skills.  Varied schedule including weekends, holidays and a variety of scheduled shifts. Prior food/beverage service experience is preferred but not required.

WAIT STAFF – Part-time positions on our Dining Services team. Customer service training  provided.  There are NO LATE NIGHTS. Schedules includes weekends and holidays.

UTILITY AIDES/DISHWASHERS  – Responsible for general kitchen sanitation and washing pots and dishes in accordance with applicable standards. Must be capable of prolonged standing and walking, frequent stooping and bending, and must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Schedule includes weekends and holidays .
