Healthcare
Westminster-Canterbury provides the finest health care services including: home health care, assisted living, nursing care, and specialized care for dementia. The positions in our healthcare divisions include, Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and Medication Technicians. We also have Nursing Shift Supervisors and many of our positions offer the opportunity for growth and continued development. The positions listed require certification and licensing in the State of Virginia.

Resident Services
Our Resident Services division addresses a broad range of resident needs – from services of social workers to active social, spiritual, emotional and recreational programs.

Dining Services
Our award winning Dining Services division offers varied opportunities from the planning and preparation of nutritious and attractive meals to serving residents in one of our beautiful dining rooms.

Other Support and Administrative Services
There are many other career fields represented in our other divisions and departments, ranging from Administrative to Maintenance and Engineering, Customer Service, Information Technologies to building maintenance to finance positions. These positions ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered to the residents and employees of our community.
