East Tower

Our great idea at Westminster-Canterbury began with the East Tower, and some things never change. The East Tower continues to offer residents unparalleled waterfront independent retirement living, with comfortable studio, one-and two-bedroom apartments as large as 1145 square-feet with easy access to all of Westminster-Canterbury’s many amenities.

In addition to the new residential tower, we've also redesigned many of the common areas to provide expanded services and increased convenience. The lobby features a stunning view of the Chesapeake Bay and the living room offers residents a comfortable area to meet and mingle with friends, greet guests and access transportation services.
