Intellectual Wellness is lifelong learning, the active pursuit of knowledge. It is valuing many experiences, staying stimulated with new ideas, improving memory and exercising the brain. It is the excitement of personal growth, the eagerness to seek out and use new information. It is responding to challenges and opportunities for personal and social development. It is making plans, developing strategies and solving problems. It is wondering and dreaming, appreciating and marveling.
