Physical Wellness is achieved and maintained through:
- Participation in the preventive maintenance programs of the Clinic, including regular check-ups, periodic screening, vaccination and inoculation, dietary and other counseling
- Compliance with medication and other doctor-recommended strategies to maintain health and build strength
- Sensible eating and drinking
- Regular physical activity, including exercise, strength and balance, pool therapy, dancing and recreational walking
