WTKR's Coast Live: Sustainability in Action at Westminster-Canterbury

As part of Westminster-Cantebury's celebration of Earth Day, Director of Dining Services Tim Tivvis appeared on WTKR's Coast Live to discuss the importance of sustainability and how our community has adopted it as part of our company culture with its partnership with Lynnhaven River NOW as a Pearl Neighborhood and Pearl Business. He also shared our programs around food waste prevention, buying local and sustainable seafood, and some exciting environmental programs coming to our campus in the future.
