Since our founding in 1982 on the Chesapeake Bay, we have evolved into one of the most value-added Life Plan Communities in the region. We are an inclusive, faith-based, nonprofit organization created to serve older adults, their families, and the broader community. We provide a vibrant lifestyle for older adults 62 years of age and older who worked hard their entire lives and deserve not just beautiful homes, but peaceful, lively and engaging experiences.
