Choose your residence, complete an application for residency, and provide a $1,000 Reservation Deposit. Your application will be reviewed without delay. After the review and approval of your application, you will need to provide a signed Residence and Service Agreement, and a 10% deposit (less a $1,000 credit for the deposit). In most cases, occupancy begins within 90 days after we receive the deposit. Click here to contact Westminster-Canterbury for additional steps that may be required.
