  • Spiritual Wellness:

    The ability to maintain a deep appreciation of your life, your destiny, and the natural personality that's part of your journey, through such paths as study, worship, volunteerism, music, exercise, and personal reflection.

    Lifelong learning and the active pursuit of knowledge—which improves memory and exercises the brain—through such paths as computer instruction, reading, research and writing, musical concerts, museum tours, lectures and discussions and more.
